If you are wanting to be removed from your IBO and apply with Vaughn Services, simply fill out the form below and submit it.

We are excited that you are considering joining our team. You've already made the first step by visiting us. Next you must contact your IBO to request to be removed from their Independent Business. By filling out the information and following the steps below you are confirming that you already have a Arise profile and that you wish to team with Vaughn Services.

 If you are currently in contract with another IBO and would like to join our team please follow the instructions below after filling out the form below.

  1. After you log into the Arise portal, select Profile, in the drop down select “IB Information”.

  2. Click on “ Register New Independent Business”, On the Message from webpage confirm your answer (OK).

  3. Enter the IBO ID: 74673 and click on “Search” to find Vaughn Services. You may also use EIN 464466834.

  4. Confirm Vaughn Services, LLC as your new IBO by clicking “Proceed” to join.

  5. You should get the message “Request submitted successfully!”

  6. Click on “Close”.
